Welcome to Cas Maridet. A house from 1878, recently fully restored while respecting the architectural and landscape criteria of the surroundings.
Lime paint without chemicals, northern wood typical of island houses, and a commitment to sustainable and efficient comfort solutions such as aerothermal climate control (gas-free, underfloor heating for winter) and double insulation on doors and windows.
The accommodation is located in Sa Raconada (an estate with three independent houses, each with separate spaces and guaranteed privacy). Guests can enjoy a garden area of over 300 m², private parking, two terraces and a Mediterranean orchard of over 500 m².
Olive trees, orange trees, loquats, bougainvillea, lavender, rosemary, mint, spearmint and aromatic plants for all the senses.
Cas Maridet is located very close to the entrance of Biniaraix – one of the best-kept secrets in the Sóller Valley.
This is a charming village where peace and nature take center stage. Just 15 minutes from the center of Sóller, it's the perfect starting point for countless hiking and cycling routes throughout the Serra de Tramuntana and the island.

Cas Maridet is a country house designed for those seeking rest, privacy, and a connection with nature. It's a comfortable, secluded, well-equipped house surrounded by mountains and orange trees.
The house:

Two double bedrooms, Cornadors and Binibassí; each with a full en-suite bathroom.

The Cornadors room features a King Size bed.

The Binibassí room can be arranged to the guests' preference: two single beds (90 cm) or a King Size bed.

En-suite bathrooms with shower, hypoallergenic soap, quality towels and ionic hairdryers.
